Preschool/Recreational ProgramsParents & Tots: (ages 18 months to 3 years) A program designed for preschoolers with the parent actively involved with the guidance of a qualified instructor, using the various apparatus. Jumping Juniors: (ages 2 1/2 - 4 years) A program designed for children were parents will be actively involved for the beginning of the program, progressing them to work independently. Primary Gymnastics: (ages 3 - 5 years) A program designed through fun oriented activities to develop basic movement and coordination in preparation for further work in gymnastics. Tumble Tots: (ages 4 - 6 years) A program designed for the more advanced Primary gymnasts. Preferable to have 1 year gymnastics experience. Coed/Girls/Boys/ Recreational Gymnastics : (ages 6 - 14 years) The program is designed to teach skills on Men & Women's equipment. The Can Gym Level system will be taught in these programs. The focus is on fun, fitness & the fundamentals of gymnastics. Co- ed Tumbling : (ages 6 +) Beginner, Interclub and Competitive programs available.
Team Programs Team Programs: Entrance to team programs requires a yearly tryout. Parent volunteer commitment is required. These programs run for a full year. Gymnasts will compete at selected Inter Club and Provincial meets. Advanced Recreational: (Girls, 7 years & up ) 2 & 4 hour program. This program is designed for the select gymnast, training on all equipment. Interclub: ( Girls,7 years & up) 6 & 8 hours. This program is designed for the selected gymnast, training on all equiptment for Inter Club meets. Competitive Tumbling: (Boys & Girls, 8 years & up) 5+ hours This program is designed to train selected athletes for competition at Provincial and National levels. Interclub Tumbling: (Boys & Girls, 7 years & up) 4 hours per week. This program is designed to develop athletes in preparation for the competitive tumbling program.
Pre-Competitive/Competitive:
(Girls 4
years & up) The purpose of these programs is to train and develop selected
athletes for competition at Provincial levels of competitive gymnastics.
