Birthday Parties
1 Hour of Structured gymnastics under the supervision of our highly qualified staff followed by 45 minutes in our newly renovated Party Room. All Parties are run on Saturdays!

All packages include 1 hour of structures gymnastics and 45 min. in our Party Room!

Things to remember when booking at the Kempettes:
- We can only accommodate the children that are registered for the party.
- Guests must come dressed and ready to FLIP!
- All guests must have a PARENT sign a BKGC waiver and media release form before participating in the party.
- Long hair must be tied up at all times.
- Jewelry, food and water bottles are not allowed in the Gym.
- Athletes under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult. All other parents must stay outside of the Gym Area.
- BKGC is a NUT FREE environment! We kindly ask that any food items that are brought into out facilities are NUT FREE!
Interested in Booking your party at the Kempettes?
- To reserve your party on the preferred date and time slot please call the Main Office during Office hours (Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 4:30 pm) or email our Recreational Director at officea@csolve.net. If you have any questions or special requests, please ensure you let the office staff know when you are speaking to them either on the phone or via email.
- Please note that party days/times will one be held once a 50% deposit is made and are on a first come first serve basis. Deposit is to be sent by EMT to barriekempettes@csolve.net.
- All Parties must be reserved 2 weeks prior to the party date. Cancellations must be made 1 week before the party date to obtain a full refund of your deposit.
Time slots of the Parties will vary depending on the Session.
Party Details:
- 1 Hour of structures Gymnastics lead by our highly qualified coaching staff who are all certified coaches within NCCP. You will also receive 45 min. of time in our of our 300 sq. ft. multipurpose rooms where you can enjoy food, cake and fun! Please note that food and decorations are NOT provided by BKGC.
- You must ensure that you leave the Party Room as it was found on time. You will receive a 10 minute warning.
- The host of the party must confirm numbers to the club 3 days prior to the event.
Party Preparation Guidelines:
- All parties must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before party time. Host of the Party can arrive 20-30 minutes early to set up.
- BKGC Requires a guest list. All participants must have their parent/guardian sign a wavier before they can participate in the party.
- All children under the age of 4 will require a parent to accompany them.
- Participants must wear comfortable athletic clothing, bare feet, no jewelry and have their hair tied up.
